These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Toco ("the App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App provides features for saving, organizing, and sharing places you want to visit, creating itineraries, and viewing maps. Offerings may be changed, added, or discontinued without notice for improvement.
You may optionally link an account via email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. Please keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
You must not: ・Violate laws or public order and morals ・Infringe the rights of other users or third parties ・Interfere with the operation of the App ・Engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or similar acts
The App offers a paid Pro plan (monthly/annual subscription and a one-time purchase). Payments are processed through Apple (App Store) on iPhone and through Google (Google Play) on Android. ・Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. ・You can stop renewal or cancel from Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on iPhone, or from Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions in Google Play on Android. ・The one-time plan can be used continuously after a single purchase. ・Paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of place information or map displays.
These Terms may be revised as needed. We will notify you in the App of significant changes. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
