本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Lumap（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、旅行で訪れた都道府県や国の形の中に写真を並べて作品にし、画像として書き出す機能を提供します。提供内容は、改善のため予告なく変更・追加・終了される場合があります。
作品に使った写真、旅の記録（場所・日付・タイトル・写真の配置）はユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、他の端末との同期機能はありません。アプリの削除、端末の初期化、機種変更等によりデータが失われた場合でも、当方は復元の義務を負いません。大切な作品は、画像として書き出して保存することをおすすめします。
本アプリの地図は Natural Earth（パブリックドメイン）のデータをもとに作成しています。国境や地域の表示は作品づくりのための目安であり、特定の政治的立場を示すものではありません。
本アプリには有料プラン「Lumap Pro」があり、月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションと、買い切りから選べます。決済は Apple（App Store）を通じて行われ、価格は購入画面に表示されます。 ・サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、同額が請求されます。 ・更新の停止や解約は、端末の「設定」＞ Apple アカウント ＞「サブスクリプション」から行えます。 ・買い切りは、一度の購入で継続してご利用いただけます。 ・支払い済みの料金は、法令で定められる場合を除き返金されません。
無料でご利用の場合、本アプリには広告が表示されます。広告の内容は広告配信事業者が提供するもので、当方はその内容や、広告から移動した先で提供される商品・サービスについて責任を負いません。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 ・法令または公序良俗に反する行為 ・他人の著作権・肖像権その他の権利を侵害する行為 ・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為 ・不正アクセスやリバースエンジニアリング等の行為
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害（データの消失を含みます）について、当方は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本規約は、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に定めのない事項は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）に従います。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Lumap (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App lets you arrange your travel photos inside the shapes of the prefectures and countries you have visited, and export them as images. The service may be changed, extended or discontinued without notice as we improve it.
The photos used in your artworks and your trip records (places, dates, titles and photo arrangements) are stored only on your device; there is no synchronisation with other devices. If data is lost because the App is deleted, the device is reset or you change devices, we are under no obligation to restore it. We recommend exporting artworks that matter to you as images.
The maps in the App are based on Natural Earth data (public domain). Borders and regions are shown as a guide for making artworks and do not represent any political position.
The App offers a paid plan, "Lumap Pro", available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Apple (the App Store), and prices are shown on the purchase screen. · A subscription auto-renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. · You can stop renewal or cancel from your device Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. · The one-time purchase stays available after a single payment. · Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
When you use the App for free, ads are shown in the App. Ads are provided by advertising partners, and we are not responsible for their content or for products and services offered through them.
You must not do any of the following. · Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals · Anything that infringes the copyright, portrait rights or other rights of others · Anything that interferes with the operation of the App · Unauthorised access, reverse engineering and similar acts
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App (including loss of data).
These Terms may be revised as needed. If you continue to use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
