Lumap（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明するものです。
作品に使う写真、旅の記録（訪れた場所・日付・タイトル・写真の配置）は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーを含む外部へ送信されることはありません。本アプリにはアカウント登録・ログインの仕組みがなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などを取得しません。 設定画面の「バックアップを書き出す」で作ったファイルは、ユーザーが選んだ送り先 (AirDrop・「ファイル」アプリなど) にだけ保存され、当方が受け取ることはありません。
写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーが選んだ写真を作品に使うため、および書き出した作品の画像を保存するためだけに使います。写真の撮影場所（位置情報）は読み取りません。
無料でご利用の場合、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用します。広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、端末の広告識別子（IDFA。端末で許可された場合のみ）、IP アドレス、端末やアプリの情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報が Google に送信されることがあります。写真や旅の記録が広告に使われることはありません。 広告識別子を使った追跡（トラッキング）を許可するかは、初回に表示される確認でいつでも選べ、後から端末の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」で変更できます。欧州など同意が必要な地域では、同意の確認を表示し、アプリの設定画面から変更できます。Google による情報の取り扱いは https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites をご覧ください。Lumap Pro をご利用の場合、広告は表示されず、広告のための情報も送信されません。
Lumap Pro の決済は Apple（App Store）を通じて処理され、本アプリがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入状態の管理には RevenueCat を利用し、購入した商品や有効期限などの情報を、RevenueCat が発行する匿名の識別子に紐づけて取り扱います。
法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、Apple・Google・RevenueCat の外部サービスを利用します。
端末内の記録は、アプリ内で旅を削除することでいつでも消せます。アプリ自体を削除した場合も、端末内の記録はすべて削除されます。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページでお知らせします。

Lumap (the "App") respects your privacy and works to protect your personal information. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
The photos used in your artworks and your trip records (places visited, dates, titles and photo arrangements) are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere, including to our servers. The App has no account registration or sign-in, and does not collect your name, email address, phone number or location. A backup file you create with "Export a backup" in Settings is saved only where you choose to send it (AirDrop, the Files app and so on); we never receive it.
Access to your photo library is used only to add the photos you choose to your artworks and to save the artwork images you export. The App does not read where your photos were taken (location data).
When you use the App for free, it uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow it), IP address, device and app information, and information about how ads are shown and used may be sent to Google. Your photos and trip records are never used for ads. You choose whether to allow tracking with the advertising identifier when asked, and can change it later in your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In regions where consent is required, such as Europe, a consent form is shown and you can change your choice from the App's settings screen. For how Google handles information, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. With Lumap Pro, no ads are shown and no information is sent for advertising.
Payments for Lumap Pro are processed by Apple (the App Store); the App never collects or stores payment details such as credit card numbers. Purchase status is managed with RevenueCat, which handles information such as the products you bought and their expiry, tied to an anonymous identifier issued by RevenueCat.
Except where required by law, we do not sell or provide your information to third parties. We use external services from Apple, Google and RevenueCat to the extent necessary to provide the service.
You can delete the records on your device at any time by deleting trips in the App. Deleting the App itself also removes all records on your device.
This policy may be revised as needed. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page.
