This page explains how to delete your account and data in Toco - 行きたいとこリスト (Toco - Places to Go), developed by himayunoma.
Open Toco and follow these steps. 1. Open the menu (≡) at the top left and go to Settings 2. Open Account 3. Tap Delete account 4. Enter your password or sign in again to confirm Your account is deleted right away. This cannot be undone.
Send an email saying you want your account deleted to the address below. To confirm it is you, please include the email address you used in Toco (for Google or Apple sign-in, the email address of that account). mii.devlog@gmail.com Once we confirm your identity, we delete your account within 30 days and let you know by email. If you used Toco without signing in (anonymously), there is no way to reach that account once the app has been removed, so we cannot confirm or delete it.
• Your account (sign-in details, email address, and the name and profile picture provided by Google) • Your display name • Places in My List (name, address, location, notes, category, to-dos, visit dates and more) • Photos attached to places in My List • Shiori collections you created and their contents • Your group memberships (you leave every group when your account is deleted)
• Places and photos you added to shared groups: these stay in the group because they are shared with the other members. To remove them, delete them from the group before deleting your account. • Purchase records: records of Toco Pro purchases are kept by Apple or Google, who process the payment, and by RevenueCat, which manages purchases, according to the law and their own policies. Toco cannot delete them. • Error reports: reports of app errors (the error and the app and device type), which do not identify you, are kept to investigate problems. Toco does not keep any other copy of the deleted data.
You can delete individual places, photos and Shiori collections in the app at any time without deleting your account.
